Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We keep things simple and fair at Smart Hair House (trading name of ANGELS GROUND LTD, Company No. 16439201). Appointments are free to book — no deposit is taken online.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

If you need to change or cancel, please call us on +44 7473 388839 as early as you can — ideally at least 2 hours before your slot. That gives us a fair chance to offer the time to another client or a walk-in.

Running late

If you are up to 10 minutes late we will do our best to fit your full service in. Beyond that we may need to shorten the service or rebook you, so that clients after you are not kept waiting.

No-shows

We understand things happen. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to visit as a walk-in rather than booking ahead. No cancellation fees are charged.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally we may need to rearrange your appointment (for example, due to illness). We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available time that suits you.
