These terms apply to services provided at Smart Hair House, 95 Northfield Avenue, London, W13 9QR. Smart Hair House is the trading name of ANGELS GROUND LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16439201) with its registered office at the same address. By booking or attending an appointment you agree to these terms.

Appointments and walk-ins

You can book an appointment online or by phone, or simply walk in — walk-ins are served subject to availability. Please arrive on time; if you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment so that other clients are not delayed.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed on our Services page and in the shop, in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the shop by card or cash when your service is complete. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price shown at the time of booking applies to your appointment.

Cancellations

Plans change — if you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can by phone so we can offer the slot to another client. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Your satisfaction

If you are not happy with your cut, tell us before you leave or contact us within 7 days and we will put it right free of charge. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
